We use third-party carriers to deliver your products and provide you with tracking information for every package. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. It is very important that you provide us with the proper shipping information and any special instructions that the delivery driver may need.

Any delivery dates that we provide are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary and are beyond the control of Patch Organics. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

The risk of loss and/or damage passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.
